Your tasks:

  • Support and management of the IT infrastructure (hardware and software, networks, databases, ERP systems)
  • Analysing business processes and IT requirements and developing suitable IT solutions
  • Planning and implementing IT projects in collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
  • User training and technical support for colleagues and customers
  • Ensuring IT security, data protection guidelines and licence management
  • Selection, evaluation and procurement of IT products and contract management

Your profile:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist (IHK) or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in the IT environment is an advantage, but not essential
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP systems, databases and network technology
  • Analytical thinking and structured problem solving
  • Communication skills and customer-orientated approach
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team and highly reliable

  • Loading and unloading lorries in compliance with safety regulations
  • Storing and retrieving goods using a forklift truck

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the proper execution of the tours
  • As a competent contact person, you will look after our customers and deal with their enquiries
  • You are responsible for accepting, recording and forwarding orders
  • You will resolve complaints in a solution-orientated and professional manner
  • You prepare quotations for our new and existing customers using your own software
  • You work together with colleagues across locations
  • You monitor compliance with legal regulations (e.g. internal and external transport regulations, hazardous goods legislation) and implement operational quality specifications

Your profile:

  • Preferably a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification. Career changers are also welcome.
  • You are a good team player with a high degree of integrity
  • You work independently and reliably
  • You have an understanding of numbers and a results-orientated way of thinking and acting
  • Your profile is rounded off by good knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • An advantage: experience in working with ticket systems (Zendesk or similar)
  • Good knowledge of German to at least B2 level
  • Class B driving licence

  • In-depth industry knowledge and an existing network in the fulfilment sector
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • High level of self-motivation and success orientation
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Willingness to be present at the Hanover site one day a week

  • Carrying out incoming goods inspections in accordance with the quality inspection plan
  • Labelling and storing the material, including carrying out all relevant bookings in the ERP system
  • Picking goods on the basis of packing slips
  • Loading delivery vehicles in accordance with load securing guidelines

  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the storage area

Your profile:

  • You already have initial professional experience in warehouse logistics or order picking or are confident in taking on a new role
  • Initial experience in working with ERP systems is desirable
  • You are characterised by your ability to work in a team, reliability and a high sense of responsibility
  • You show a willingness to familiarise yourself flexibly with new areas of responsibility
  • You can lift and carry loads over 20kg
